Brittany’s Support & Prayer Warriors

Thank you so much for wanting to help be the Bartunek’s support system. If Cancer has ever touched you or a loved one, you know it is unpredictable and can toss your life into a tail spin. We hope to help keep Brittany’s soul on a calm path through this journey she is about to go on. Though monetary donations are helpful, we wanted to gift Brittany layers of support to remind her people are in it with her along the journey.

See below of the different types of experiences or gifts that could help lift her spirits and remind her she is not alone. Once you choose a gift, experience or a general donation, you will be brought to the donation page and have a choice of payment. This payment will go directly to Ashley, Brittany’s Sister. If you would like to include a note with your gift, please email Ashley at ashcnoce@gmail.com.

If you would like to read about Brittany’s Journey, she will be updating her CaringBridge website when she has information, click the link below!

Thank you ALL who donated to support Brittany’s CaringBridge site - there is plenty of donors to keep Britt’s site going. She asks for no more donations through that site.

Letter from Ashley (Brittany’s Sister)

If you have met Brittany, you know she is a little shy but when she laughs you can’t help but laugh. Her love for her community runs deep, almost as deep as the love she has for dogs. I believe her and our four legged friends have a special bond and thats because of Brittany’s empathy she can sense from others. She is quietly there for you when needed, and will always be the one on the ground making sure your pet knows everything is ok.

Breast Cancer, unfortunately, runs in our family. Our mother had it, her mother had it. Our cousin at a young age is now in remission, and two of our mother’s sisters have been diagnosed with it. To us it was never a matter of IF we would have those words said to us, it was more of when. But, we never would have thought she would beat everyone at being the youngest to be diagnosed at the age of 32. We are blessed it was caught so early, however no matter the size, cancer is still a rough road to travel. As small as she is, she has a lot of fight and determination in her.

Being who she is, it is no wonder there are so many people who want to help support her. Being apart of Highway, having her church family is something she talks about all the time. She loves being apart of events and services there, with Odo sitting on her lap.

If you are on this webpage, it means you want to help. I thank you for that. With the help of Brittany and David Haley, we wanted to put this out there for her community to gift her a smile. When she has those hard days, we want to continue to sprinkle gifts on her so she knows that she is not alone. We plan on gifting her things through this entire process - whether that is in flowers, notes, a date night or whatever she is craving that day. You will help make that happen.

Please make a donation, it will go straight to me, and then to her - and I will make a note of who wants to give what. If you would like to write a note with it, please email me at ashcnoce@gmail.com. Or if you don’t have the opportunity to gift something and want to write a note to her that would be wonderful as well!

Thank you so much, having a community behind her will hopefully make this chapter of her life a bit easier to live through.

Much gratitude,

Ashley Petty
